In his book, Frank is writing much more than an autobiography. As an experienced and godly mentor, he’s laying out a pathway to inner healing and maturity from a background of dysfunction. His book is a powerful combination of transparency, honesty, integrity, and insight. It is presented with understanding, wisdom, compassion, grace, and spirituality. Frank leaves us with the same strategy, message, and hope expressed by the apostle Paul: “What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you” (Phil. 4:9 ESV).
